Eva Mendes is an American model and actor. Her talents were recognized by a professional who convinced her of her profession choice within the world of entertainment. After some thought and debate, she decided to quit school and begin a profession as an entertainer. Her disappointment was with her performance in the film Children of the Corn V Fields of Terror. In order to prove herself, she worked very hard on honing her acting and appeared in numerous films with low budgets. It wasn't an effortless path for this actress however, her determination and patience earned her acclaim. After the success of Training Day, her career as an actor began to take off.
