Avery Sunshine

Avery Sunshine has a unique style which combines R&B with gospel, soul music and R&B. From Broadway to European music festivals and clubs Avery Sunshine has been a hit across the globe. Her real name is Denise White. While she's based in Atlanta, her roots are located in Chester Pennsylvania. There she started to pursue the musical profession by singing and playing the piano at the church. She attended Spellman College and began to study the R&B style that is popular in Atlanta. Sunshine gained national recognition for 4 performances a day during the Democratic National Convention in 2008. She was invited to perform at President Barack Obama's inauguration ceremony in 2009.
