Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Suresh is an Indian actor who was born on the 17th of October 1992. Her movies are mostly made in Tamil or Telugu and Telugu, however, she has a role in some Malayalam ones. She won the National Film Award Best Actress Award for her role as the character Savitri. There were three SIIMA Awards were also given to her, as was an Filmfare Award South. Keerthy is the child of filmmaker G. Suresh Kumar and actress Menaka G. Suresh. In the early 2000s, she began as a young actor. Following her study of fashion design, Keerthy returned to the world of film. She starred in her debut major part on screen in Geethaanjali (2013) which was which was a Malayalam feature film. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). In 2015, Keerthy accepted her first film projects that were not in Malayalam and signed on to participate in a variety of Tamil films simultaneously. Her first film, A. L. Vijay's romance comedy Idhu Enna Maayam, in 2015, opposite Vikram Prbhu. It was not a success at the box-office. To fit in bigger projects, she had to cancel projects she'd already begun working on. They include Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and as Deekay's Kavalaivendam. She worked in two films in rapid succession alongside Sivakarthikeyan, Rajini Murugan & Remo. Dhanush was also an actor of note on Prabhu's Thodari. However, the film is being delayed from 2015 with the possibility of release in September in 2020, under the new title Janakitho Nenu. The film's debut came out as Nenu Sailaja in 2016, with actress Ram Pothineni. Keerthy played the lead role in Bairavaa produced by Bharathan and starring actor Vijay. In 2017, she also was in Tamil films, including Paambhu sattai. She also appeared in Telugu movies Nenu Local.
